Terms & Conditions
1. Payment must be made at the time of booking the session.
2. No refund is given once a session has been booked.
3. Change of mind does not allow you to cancel an appointment.
4. If you cannot make your telephone / Zoom session a refund will not be given but Kelly will reschedule a new appointment if more than 24 hours notice is given.
5. If Kelly is unwell and unable to make the telephone session you will be notified and a new time will be rescheduled. A refund will be given if we cannot arrange a suitable time to reschedule.
6. Price is subject to change at any time without notice.
7. As a Globally Accredited Professional Animal Communicator and Healer with IEHA, Kelly will conduct all of her sessions with integrity and in a professional manner and inline with the Code of Ethics for Professional Animal Communication in the Animal Communication Method.
8. More than one session can be required for the desired changes to occur. The first session is the beginning of the changes and you are responsible for using the tools and suggestions given in the session to obtain those changes.
9. My aim is to assist in creating a nurturing space for both you and your animal for a resolution and ongoing plan of action where needed to meet both animal and owner’s requests.
10. Animal communication session information is from your animal’s perspective unless otherwise advised.
11. I am committed to maintain a professional level and ongoing development of skills.
12. Kelly only does sessions direct with the animals owner.

I am able to assist with describing emotional matters, how your animal feels, pain level and location to assist your own vet carers. All physical health issues are referred back to your vet or doctor.
