Terms & Conditions

1. Payment must be made at the time of booking the session.

2. No refund is given once a session has been booked.

3. Change of mind does not allow you to cancel an appointment.

4. If you cannot make your telephone session a refund will not be given but I will reschedule a new appointment if more than 24 hours notice is given.

5. If Kelly is unwell and unable to make the telephone session you will be notified and a new time will be rescheduled.  A refund will be given if we cannot arrange a suitable time to reschedule. 

6. Price is subject to change at any time without notice.

7. As a Professional Animal Communicator and Healer, I will conduct all of my sessions with integrity and in a professional manner and inline with the Code of Ethics for Professional Animal Communication in the Simonne Lee Method. 

8. More then one session can be required for the desired changes to occur. The first session is the beginning of the changes and you are responsible for using the tools and suggestions given in the session to obtain those changes. 

9. My aim is to assist in creating a resolution and ongoing plan of action where needed to meet both animal and owner’s requests.

10. Animal communication sessions is from your animal’s perspective. 

11. I am committed to maintain a professional level and ongoing development of skills.

As a Professional Animal Communicator I do not diagnose any health condition or prescribe medication. I am able to assist with describing emotional matters, pain level and location to assist your own vet carers. All physical health issues are referred back to your vet.
