Terms & Conditions 

1. Payment must be made at the time of booking the session.

2. No refund is given once a session has been booked.

3. Change of mind does not allow you to cancel an appointment.

4. If you cannot make your telephone / Zoom session a refund will not be given but Kelly will rescedule a new appointment if more than 24 hours notice is given.

5. If Kelly is unwell and unable to make the telephone or Zoom session you will be notified and a new time will be rescheduled.  A refund minus the original Stripe processing fee charged to Kelly when you booked can be arranged if we cannot arrange a suitable time to reschedule. 

6. If Kelly is unwell and unable to complete an email session within the time specified (currently 21 workings days) you will be notified by email. A refund can be arranged for the full amount minus the original Stripe processing fee charged to Kelly when you made the original booking if you do not want to wait an additional time. 

7. Price is subject to change at any time without notice.

8. As a Globally Accredited Practitioner of Animal Communication and Healing with IEHA, Kelly will conduct all of her sessions with integrity and in a professional manner and inline with the Code of Ethics for Professional Animal Communication in the Animal Communication Method. 

9. More than one session can be required for the desired changes to occur particularly if the behaviour has been occurring for a long time. The first session is the beginning of the changes and you are responsible for using the tools and suggestions given in the session to obtain those changes.  

10. Kelly aims is to assist in creating a nurturing space for both you and your animal for a resolution and ongoing plan of action where needed to meet both animal and owner’s requests. 

11. Kelly reserves the right to refuse to offer her services to anyone who shows inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour. 

12. Animal communication session information is from your animal’s perspective unless otherwise advised.

13. Kelly only does sessions direct with the animals owner. 

The Animal Communication Code of Ethics for Professional Animal Communication

1. As a Professional Animal Communicator or Healer, I will conduct all of my sessions with integrity and in a professional manner.

2. I will always seek permission from the owners to have a session with their animal.

3. I will conduct my sessions with consideration and sensitivity towards the animals and their owners in relaying all information. 

4. I will only consult with clients where I have the correct level of expertise and knowledge to assist them. Anything beyond my abilities I will offer to withdraw and refer to the appropriate professionals for further guidance.

5. When working with animals and their physical issues, I will make it clear that as a Professional Animal Communicator or Healer, we do not diagnose any health condition or prescribe medication. We are able lto assist with describing emotional matters, pain levels and location to assist their own veterinary carers. All physical health issues are referred back to their vet.

6. I fully hold and have the utmost respect for each client’s privacy and confidentiality.

7. My aim is to assist in creating a resolution and ongoing plan of action where needed to meet both animal and owner’s requests.

8. I am fully aware of knowing the difference of when I’m communicating or healing with an animal or using my intuition. I make this very clear to each and every client when relaying information.

9. Prior to any session, I will advise owners of the process and expectations of any Animal Communication or Healing session. 

10. I will maintain a professional level and ongoing development of skills. 

Disclaimer: 

As a Professional Animal Communicator, Kelly does not diagnose any health condition or prescribe medication. She is able to assist with describing emotional matters, how your animal feels, pain level and location to assist your own vet professionals. All physical health issues are referred back to your vet. 

As an animal communicator I do not assist with aggressive behaviour and you will need hands on support from a dog trainer or behaviouralist. 

For all human sessions Kelly does not diagnose any health condition or prescribe medication and all health conditions are to be referred back to your doctor.
